Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and organize incoming packages and merchandise to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the front-line team to meet daily throughput goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks during peak shift hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders with a focus on satisfaction and speed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or point-of-sale systems.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
