Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to update inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding order status and inquiries.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license may be required for specific driving tasks.
