Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery: Safely drive forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing freight trucks during peak weekend hours.
- Inventory management: Accurately scan, sort, and organize stock to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high standards.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Team collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- ID verification: Must present valid government-issued identification (Driver's License or Passport).
- Basic math skills: Ability to count and handle cash or inventory accurately.
- Background check: Willingness to pass a standard background screening process.
