- Order Fulfillment: Process and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the shift lead and weekend team to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate a warehouse environment.
- Training: Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and obtain necessary safety certifications.
