Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, sorting, and staging of inbound and outbound freight.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory counts and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations.
- Assist in resolving minor logistical issues and reporting equipment malfunctions to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift on Saturday and Sunday.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
