Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics workflows during the weekend shift.
- Manage and mentor a team of associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations with a focus on satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and quality assurance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Report operational metrics and suggest process improvements to senior management.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and operational.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or operations management.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and inventory management systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
