Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 warehouse associates through daily tasks and performance development
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company quality standards
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless handovers
- Manage weekend staffing schedules and address personnel issues promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid Kansas driver's license required
