- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ staff members during peak weekend shifts
- Implement process optimization strategies for weekend logistics efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement action plans
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and delivery scheduling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 5+ years in warehouse operations with weekend shift leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Proven ability to lead high-performing weekend teams
- Advanced problem-solving skills for weekend operational challenges
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift collaboration
- NYC-based logistics industry experience preferred
