Responsibilities
- Supplemental weekend shift oversight of 50+ warehouse staff and operations
- Optimize weekend inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Implement weekend-specific safety protocols and performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-departmental weekend handoffs with weekday management teams
- Lead weekend staff training and development initiatives
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Generate weekend performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse/operations management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30 certification and safety compliance expertise
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management
- Excellent problem-solving and team communication skills
- Ability to work independently during low-supervision weekend periods
