Role Overview:
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring that inventory flows smoothly and customer orders are fulfilled accurately.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace to optimize workflow and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; technical logistics certifications are a plus.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
