Responsibilities
- Load, Unload, and Transport: Safely load and unload trucks and organize inventory within the facility and loading docks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software systems effectively.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a safe manner and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
