Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure stock rotation meets company standards.
- Perform quality control checks on all products before shipping.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve operational challenges quickly.
- Update digital records and maintain accurate logbooks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (10-key experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
