Responsibilities
- Delve patient care support and clinical assistance during weekend shifts
- Perform vital sign measurements and basic diagnostic procedures
- Assist with patient documentation and electronic health records management
- Prepare exam rooms and medical equipment for weekend procedures
- Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure seamless weekend patient flow
- Provide patient education and support regarding treatment plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification or relevant healthcare credentials
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in ambulatory care setting
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends and holidays
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
- Prior weekend or shift work experience preferred
