Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations and staff during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and process orders accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to incoming vendors and clients.
- Train, mentor, and support part-time team members on shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Generate weekly reports and maintain accurate shift logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Omaha location.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
