Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend store operations including inventory control, staffing, and visual merchandising
- Lead and mentor 8-10 weekend team members through performance coaching and training
- Execute sales strategies to achieve weekend revenue targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Conduct daily store audits and implement loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Analyze weekend sales data and prepare operational reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving team performance
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising skills
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer relationship abilities
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and data analysis tools
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
