Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all weekend operations to ensure seamless workflow and high productivity.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock placement to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Handle employee scheduling, time tracking, and attendance issues.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
