Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5-10 employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage product replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures at all times.
- Prepare and submit weekly shift reports to management regarding team performance and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent, full-time basis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
