Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues and optimize workflows.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict company safety protocols.
- Manage stock levels, order processing, and shipping accuracy.
- Train new hires and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
