Responsibilities
- Lead weekend store operations to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage and mentor 8-12 team members during peak weekend shifts
- Execute inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless weekday-weekend transitions
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
