Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff teams to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Operational oversight of weekend inventory management, store merchandising, and safety compliance
- Implement weekend-specific promotions and events to maximize customer engagement
- Handle escalated customer issues and maintain positive brand reputation
- Generate weekend performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless operational handovers
- Train staff on weekend-specific protocols and seasonal product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail or hospitality management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets during peak weekend periods
- Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- BA/BS in Business Management or related field preferred
