Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic team of associates during high-traffic Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Ensure 100% compliance with store standards, visual merchandising, and operational procedures.
- Drive sales goals and exceed customer satisfaction metrics.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve conflicts with grace and professionalism.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash management and inventory counts.
- Mentor new hires and foster a positive, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
