Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to company policy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to the Las Vegas location.
