Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and product selection efficiently.
- Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels during opening hours.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges according to policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Perform light cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
