Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Mentor and train incoming staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Conduct daily safety checks and address any operational hazards immediately.
- Manage the shift schedule, including breaks and overtime allocation.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding weekend deliveries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a team effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
