Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations with meticulous attention to detail
- Train and mentor new team members on service excellence
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless operations
- Implement and maintain quality control standards
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Manage inventory and resource allocation efficiently
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience
- Proven track record in high-volume weekend operations
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday)
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's certification
- Strong knowledge of NOLA tourism landscape
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
