Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks including sorting, packing, and shipping merchandise efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels on the warehouse floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Wichita, KS facility.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
