Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations and inventory management during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with precision.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized documentation.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends without prior notice.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
