Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise efficiently.
- Packing and Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label orders accurately for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment under supervision (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high standards of quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and counting.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and punctuality.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
