Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet Apex Distribution’s high standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain optimal inventory levels and organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
