Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort merchandise in a timely manner.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely within the warehouse guidelines.
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead regarding daily targets and potential issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
