Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the efficient loading, unloading, and staging of inventory shipments.
- Quality Assurance: Perform detailed inventory checks and ensure all products meet quality standards before distribution.
- Safe Handling: Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely throughout the facility.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for daily operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; high school students with strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to learn new equipment.
