Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting procedures.
- Handle customer returns and process them according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work a full-time weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse setting.
