Responsibilities
- Execute efficient sorting, packing, and shipping operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate heavy machinery and warehouse equipment (including forklifts) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize daily workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks and containers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
