Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
