Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments accurately to meet daily production and distribution targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills required for inventory and labeling tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
