Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of freight trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Sort, pack, and label packages according to delivery routes and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after training.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily operational targets are met.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
