Responsibilities
- Process Inbound & Outbound Shipments: Efficiently handle loading and unloading of freight trucks with accuracy and speed.
- Operate Equipment: Safely utilize material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, under supervision.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Valid ID and SSN required for employment verification.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
