Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with accurate inventory counts and organization of stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
- General Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading safety labels and following verbal instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
