Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (12-hour rotations)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during handovers
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Respond to emergency situations following ACLS protocols
- Participate in weekend shift huddles and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN/LPN/CNA license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
- Strong electronic health record proficiency
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
