Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for some delivery duties.
