Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend store operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 retail associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Execute visual merchandising plans to drive weekend foot traffic and sales
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and maintain exceptional service standards
- Analyze weekend sales data to implement actionable growth strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless store operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven ability to drive sales in high-volume environments
- Strong team development and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
