Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently and accurately to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
