Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock management to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to resolve operational issues and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks securely, verifying manifests and documenting discrepancies.
- Assist in the maintenance and inspection of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but training can be provided.
