- Assist in the daily organization and management of inventory and stock.
- Process incoming packages and prepare outbound shipments efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records of all transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
