Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform general cleaning and organization of the workspace to maintain a professional environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
