Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory and restocking duties to ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of store displays to maintain a premium shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with accountability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly sales and performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
