Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers and trucks using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and organize incoming and outgoing stock in the Mesa warehouse.
- Packaging: Properly package items to ensure safe delivery and damage prevention.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for defects and ensure all orders meet our strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and efficient to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with some weekday flexibility.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
