Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check and verify incoming and outgoing inventory using scanning devices.
- Packaging: Properly package and label goods to ensure safe transport and compliance with shipping regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and report any maintenance needs for warehouse equipment immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry and physical tasks.
