Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including sorting, packing, and organizing inventory with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments using manual and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management software to track stock and manage orders accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members, resolving inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and workflow targets.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if required for outdoor tasks.
