Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse and distribution activities during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment protocols
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on SOPs
- Utilize WMS software for real-time tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Resolve operational escalations and escalate complex issues
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional facility tours)
- Positive attitude with customer service mindset
- Willingness to complete paid certification training
